Interview with Artist and Poet ARTuR in the Anniversary Issue LEGENDS OF EURASIA
A special OCA PEOPLE edition of the British OCA Magazine has been released — the anniversary issue LEGENDS OF EURASIA, bringing together 40 legendary figures of Eurasian culture and art. This landmark publication features vivid interviews, powerful personal stories, and memorial texts by contributors from 13 countries around the world.
Among the featured voices is artist and poet ARTuR, whose interview reveals the depth of his creative path and his philosophy of art as a space of inner freedom, dialogue, and creation. In conversation, ARTuR reflects on the synthesis of visual and poetic languages, on personal experience shaped by cultural transitions, and on the role of the artist in the contemporary world, where art becomes a form of responsibility and a point of connection.

This diversity underscores the core idea of the issue: culture knows no borders, and dialogue between tradition and modernity gives rise to new meanings.
ARTuR: Art as a Path and a State of Being
In his interview, ARTuR emphasizes that his main achievement in 2024–2025 has been the opportunity to share his creativity with an international audience, creating a space for inspiration, reflection, and inner dialogue.

The artist and poet notes that art, for him, is not a form of self-presentation but a path of inner work and the creation of meaning. This is why the visual language of his painting naturally intertwines with poetic expression, enhancing the emotional and philosophical impact of his works.
During 2024–2025, ARTuR’s works have been presented in a year-long exhibition at the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in London (since May 2024) and have participated in several international exhibitions, including Boomer Gallery (London, February 2025), BARCELONA CONTEMPORARY 6th Edition (October 2025), and VISIONS – CANVAS INTERNATIONAL ART FAIR 2025 (November).
ARTuR’s poetic practice has also received international recognition. He is an official participant of the 20th International “Golden Pen of Russia” competition and the 3rd season of the Yuri Levitansky International Literary Prize, highlighting the multifaceted nature of his creative journey.
